Yeti Unveils New Downhill Mountain Bike

GOLDEN, CO (CN) – Colorado trails have been open and dry since late spring and local cycling companies have been anxiously waiting to showcase their 2012 product line. Located in Golden, Colorado with access to some of the best mountain bike trails in the state, Yeti Cycles is know for accomplished innovation and is the choice of some of the most daring athletes. Unleashing their newest downhill superbike, the DHM 449, at next weeks Mountain States Cup – Full Tilt in Telluride event, Yeti looks to offer a downhill experience beyond industry norms. The DHM 449 offers riders a 250mm brake rotor, rake and trail specifications of 26.9 and 4.4 inches respectively and a liquid-cooled four stroke single Duel Overhead Cam four cylinder head engine. A Yeti representative noted, “Our riders are stupid fast and to add a little extra horse power was the next logical step.”
